BRANDON

My story begins when I was in 7th grade, when I had just started middle school wrestling. I fell in love with wrestling and it soon became a passion of mine. This craft sparked a curiosity of how to move and develop the body. I continued to work out and learn pertinent details pertaining to moving the body in unique ways to obtain my goal of becoming a successful wrestler.

In 2012 I became a Certified Personal Trainer, and continued to further my education to work towards my goal of excelling in the fitness field in multiple avenues. I studied dietetics, and this fueled my transition into being a Fitness Specialist. 

During the journey to obtain my degree, I was actively working out and lifting. One day in 2014, as a result of moving my body incorrectly in combination with weights, I suffered from a severe back injury which landed me in my bed for a week, unable to move anything but my toes without unbearable pain. Since then, I’ve been very conscious of my body and finding ways to move pain-free. I’ve learned how to manage low back injuries and how to minimize the pain. Since my recovery, my new goal is to guide people to exercise smarter and lead active, pain-free lives, to avoid an injury such as the one I experienced. 

I have been actively working as a Personal Trainer both at local gyms, training studios, sports performance gyms, and in my own personal private gym. My goal for you is to broaden your perspective of exercise, educate on how to live a healthy lifestyle, get outside & enjoy nature, take control of your life/mind, and own your eating habits.
